Yogurt for breakfast normally and then alot of fruit - bananas, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, grapes. We do cheese for lunch with either left overs from the night before, peanut butter sandwiches, chicken. He snacks on Cherrios still or whole wheat crackers and he east what we have for dinner.
DD still nurses 2-3 times a day, but also eats what we eat, spicy food included. She loves it! We're vegetarian, and only eat organic, non-GMO food. This is what she'll eat today:
Breakfast: steel cut oats made with BM, mashed banana, chia seeds & wheat germ, homemade yogurt & blueberries w/sippy of BM
Snack: pita with hummus w/sippy of BM
Lunch: Leftovers from the last night's dinner- sauteed kale and shiitake mushrooms in a herbed cream sauce over a piece of whole grain bread with . cubed tofu and sage sweet potatoes on the side w/sippy of BM
Snack: curried garbanzo beans &/or mango w/sippy of BM
Dinner: Marinated tempeh with veggies, cottage cheese with chives & chia seeds w/sippy of BM
Snack: peas in her snack cup

If we eat it, she can chew it, and it's not bad for her then she has it. She's expanding to new foods now that she's spoon feeding herself, but I always have fruits, veggies, crackers and cheese on hand. I give her the milk after her meal so she doesn't drink it first and fill herself up on it.
She loves pbj sandwiches, turkey and cheese or grilled cheese, corn dogs, I give her 100 percent beef got dogs occasionally, whole grain chicken nuggets, Mac n cheese, toast with a little honey, waffles, Cheerios, etc.
He's been eating whatever we ate since he was about 7 or 8 months old.
Breakfast is typically a grain (pumpkin pancakes, waffles, toast, cereal, french toast, or english muffin) with a protein (eggs, peanut butter, yogurt, or chicken sausage) and a fruit and/or veggie.
Lunch is typical kid stuff but he's become more picky at 2 than he was at 1. He eats grilled cheese, hummus in a pita, peanut butter and fruit spread or honey, macaroni and cheese, oven baked chicken strips (I make a bunch and freeze them), cheese, crackers, and turkey or ham, or Annie's Bernie O's with steamed or raw veggies and sometimes fruit.
Dinner is literally whatever we eat - he doesn't get anything special. Our menu varies, tonight we had summer pasta salad (baby greens, whole wheat pasta, capers, sun dried tomatoes, balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh parm) and berries. He also had some avacado with dinner.
Snacks are typically some combination fruit or vegetables, crackers, Pirate's Booty, graham crackers, yogurt, peanut or other nut butter, cheese, homemade mini muffins, cereal bars and water. He gets milk with all meals and before bed, although we're trying to wean him from bedtime milk right now.
He eats anything we eat with the exception of spicy food (too hot) and berries (which he is allergic to).
Almost the same - mine's a berry addict. I have to hide them in the fridge or he'd probably eat multiple pints at a time. But he's a spice wuss. He can't handle it. So at 1 year he was eating the same things we ate, but if we did spicy, I'd modify his (like last night he had grilled shrimp while DH and I had chipotle grilled shrimp)
