For those of you experiencing as horrible heartburn as I have, I want to share the magic of TUMS! I have no idea why I suffered so long and spent so many sleepless nights battling heartburn with milk, lettuce etc. Finally dawned on me yesterday to buy tums (I was afraid i'd get nauseous!), but did and the results are magical!! Woohoo with 3 1/2 weeks left!

Soy milks been the only thing to help mine. Then again I use tums a lot pre pg so maybe i'm "immune", ha.

I hear ya. I carry them with me; however, this pregnancy for some reason TUMS couldn't cut it. I'm now taking Zantac every 12 hours.

Tums are the best. I used to be afraid to take them too much because of a general fear of overmedicating myself, but it turns out that letting heartburn/reflux run its course can cause permanent damage to your esophagus and that you really should be taking tums immediately.

So true. And once I hit 31 weeks, the Tums just make me throw up. I'm trying to hold out for the next few weeks with my Zantac 150, papaya, and pickles.
