Stomach bug...when should I call the doctor?

Stomach bug...when should I call the doctor?

So DD has been sick and I am not sure when I am supposed to call the doctor or if I should have done so already.

Here is a timeline so far:

- Last Wednesday - puked in the car and then had a fever that night (treated w/ tylenol)
- Thursday - Saturday - fever became mild and then went down, no puking
- Sunday - no fever, but puked 3 times, basically vomitedup everything she had eaten that day. She didn't have much of an appetite, but we managed her to get some liquids and a little food down.

I plan on monitoring her today and if she doesn't start looking better, then we'll take her in on Tuesday. Am I waiting too long? Or is this an ok plan?

    There's usually not much they'll do if they're staying hydrated, but I might just call in, and see if there's a nurse you can talk to.. When c was you get he threw up everything for a few days, they just recommended small amounts of pedialyte every 15 minutes. But they did give him a shot of zofran, and that helped. They wanted to know he was making three wet diapers per day, even a tiny amount of pee counted. And that he wasn't completely lethargic
