Furniture question

We have an espresso crib and an oak colored dresser but I don't like that they don't match, call me crazy I know. 

We are planning on getting Ikeas  hemnes dressers would it look weird if we bought the dresser in white or should I get the dark wood? 

 

His room is tan, blue, and green with the espresso crib and espresso storage unit

    I don't think it would be bad to get it in white, but if it were me, I'd get the expresso. I like everything to match, except if you have a bold statement piece in a coordinating color to your bedding or something.

    The black-brown Hemnes dresser goes well with our espresso crib.  They aren't a perfect match, but they're on opposite walls and they're certainly close enough!
