Urinating

This may be TMI but for the last couple days I am having trouble peeing. I have to so bad but if I am sitting up it refuses to come out. I have to lean all the way forward before I can go. It's so uncomfortable and I seem to never empty my bladder. It's starting to get painful.

As I am writing this I'm thinking maybe a UTI or the baby is just in some odd position on my bladder. I have been pee 3 times in the last 15 mins. Any thoughts how I can relieve this? TIA

    My OB actually told me I should be leaning forward when I pee to make sure to empty my bladder entirely. I too am going frequently but not getting much. I think it's just baby squishing the bladder.

    I would go to the doctor and get tested for a uti. That's how I am when I have one, going all the time and not much coming out.

    Most likely it's baby's position. I would say something to your OB just in case it's a UTI.

    Pretty sure it's baby's position. Unless there is burning when you go. Then it might be a uti. but I will go then by the time I stand up again it will sometimes feel like I need to go again right then. It's bc baby moves right back down on my bladder. Maybe sit for an extra min or two just to make sure you go as much as you can

    Be lucky this is just starting now, this has been my life for the past 2 months.  It sucks.  Leaning forward helps sometimes, but not really.  I haven't found any cure, although sometimes I wish I could just get a catheter to empty my bladder completely.
