Re: PAL CheckIn
Where are you in your PAL journey?
It's 19 months now.
What are some PAL challenges you have faced recently?
I haven't had any this week
QOTW: Do you let your LO(s) watch television? Why/why not?
Yes I do. When they were little it kept them quiet, but it doesn't work anymore!
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
The usual, I feel bad the boys can't get the chance to get to know their little sister.
I'm still early in my journey... Just over two weeks since we lost John...
My biggest challenges as far as parenting goes are when I'm talking to my 2.5 year old daughter about it... She asks if the baby is okay even though she knows and when I say no she says "mom John died?" it's all heartbreaking because she was as excited as we were about having a baby...
I do let her watch television... Maybe more than I should... She very rarely sits and watches it though...
I've had a lot on my mind... I still wonder if the drs could've caught what was going on and stopped it... I'm mad I don't still have my baby inside me... I felt really bitter going to yard sales and seeing the baby stuff I have no reason to buy now... I'm anxiously waiting for my body to be mine to try again also it makes me feel sad and guilty at the same time... And I'm anxious to hear what MFM and the high risk obs have to say....
