Friend help

Hello I am asking a question for my best friend who is adopting from Guatemala. She wants to breast feed and induce lactation anyone have any info help or anything I could relay to her she has talked to her doc and got the rx and fenugreek but she was kinda too shy to post on here so any advise would be a big help!! TIA

    If you scroll through there are some discussions a few pages in. I don't know if we've included anything in the FAQs at this point.

    By all means have her post if she has specific questions. This is a VERY nice group who will be super helpful, I promise!

    Hi,

     Is your friend Guatemalan? If not, there are bigger problems, because Guatemala is closed to international adoptions. Any child being adopted would have been referred several years ago making this an entirely different conversation.
