My mother just really freaked me out because she mentioned how concerned she is about my swelling as she is usually pretty easy going.
I was walking around all day yesterday so that might be a contribution.
This is my first pregnancy and while I am sure even if this is an issue, it's not an urgent matter. My question is should I wait to mention this at my appointment on the 22nd, or contact the office immediately?

Re: 29 weeks and SO SWOLLEN
that's pretty swollen.
Have you just tried staying off your feet for a while? You need to drink allot of water, and just elevate your feet for a while. This should help the swelling go down.
Are your feet just swollen, or all over? Like hands, face, ect? If so- I would call and mention to your Dr. right away! Being swollen is normal in pregnancy, however; it can also be a sign of problems, like Pre-e, which occurs in 2nd and 3rd tri.
Also- if you are eating salty foods, this can also cause swelling. However; your feet are pretty darn swollen! They must hurt too.

My feet were really swollen yesterday, not quite that bad but pretty close.
I was worried as well, but a friend of mine has a blood pressure machine so I took my bp which was really low, and then elevated my feet. I had to go pee way more than usual in my sleep but it went down so much by this morning.
Maybe just keep your feet up today?

Yep. Also increase your protein. That helped me a lot.
Also, typically if you're swelling from blood pressure issues it doesn't go away or at least get much better after a good nights sleep or propping your feet up and drinking lots of fluids for a couple hours or so.
But of course do not hesitate to call your doctor if you're concerned.

Your feet look pretty swollen but I'm also guessing you have gained some weight compared to the 2nd pic.
I had HUGE feet/ankles last week and my mom was really concerned but I had been wearing heels all day to work, so I went home- put my feet up and drank a ton of water and since then they haven't been that big. I have some swelling everyday now- gosh my feet look a lot fatter. I am going to mention it at my appt on Thursday. Try resting and putting your feet up and drink a lot of water and see if that helps. I'm a ftm too- so I'm just telling ya what I've been doing. Seems to be helping a bit. I'd just mention it at your next appt.
