Seasonal Allergies

OMG! I have the worst seasonal allergies. Do anybody know what's the best thing to do about it? I don't want to take meds, but if I can't take it anymore, would It be ok to take Dimetab, or Claritin?

    Claritin and benadryl are on my obgyn's "safe" list.

    5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional.  5 BFPs.  My rainbow arrived 10/15/14.
    TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.

    Zyrtec is safe and works for me. A neti pot could be helpful to rinse allergens out. Also, I got allergy eye drops that are safe to use.

    I get local raw honey, it is natural, safe and helps sooo much! I usually take a spoonful a day, sometimes in hot water.

    Claritin is on my 'ok' list from the OB. I've also been using a neti pot (with distilled water) daily as well as saline spray. GL and hope you feel better soon!

    I am having the exact same issue. I've been doing NetiPot a few times a day and it seems to help.
