I'm not really thinking about buying anything now but I was wondering have any of you guys that's on baby 2 buy a double stroller instead of the single stroller
See I was thinking the same but my son will just go crazy with one of those I don't trust him he still have that running syndrome I was just thinking start putting money up for a double stroller an be done but I start thinking well what will I do if I go out with the baby I have to push a double with a empty side???
It depends on how old your LO is. My two are 18 months apart, so we went with the City Mini Double. I love how easy it is to manuvure and how light and compact it is for a double. My oldest, 2.5 still likes to sit in it. With this baby being 20 months younger than my youngest, I may baby wear or we got the glider board for the back of the stroller for my oldest as a third option.

My son is 3 he will be 4 Christmas Eve so he's a little older that's why I'm just like should I just get a double or something different but really like the double the only thing I'm concern about is when I just have the baby an not the toddler ill be stuck with an empty side maybe I'm just over thinking??
We have the baby trend sit and stand double stroller. We love it! If DS doesn't want to sit like his sister than he can stand and putting the seat back in takes just seconds! It is kinda bulky though, and I have noticed that the joovy stroller isn't bulky!

Don't you still have a single stroller that you use with him? You can sell the double on craigslist and go back to the single when he doesn't need a stroller anymore.
Since there seems to be a lot of people who like the Baby Trend I have a quick question about it...can you use any infant car seat with it? It says it accommodates 2 car seats, but the picture shows it with a matching car seat. We really didn't want to have to but new infant car seats this time around because we love it and it hasn't expired yet.
Some doubles are side by side. some front back. It affects your ability to fit through doorways and manuever inside. My two year old will only ride in her stroller (a BOB) when DH takes her for a run to the playground. I'm not going to bother with a double since jogging with a double is really unwieldy.

You can use any infant seat. I have a graco seat and it latches on perfectly.

We have the Britax BReady and it is amazing! Got it during the free ride event so the double seat was free. It is so easy to maneuver, is super versatile, lighter than most, and I love that it's not super wide and bulky. Also, I know my kids would constantly pick fights in a side by side, so this thing is awesome! Going to buy the kickboard attachment before this next baby comes.

DD will be almost 3 when this baby arrives but I am thinking we will need something when we are out somewhere with both kids that requires a lot of walking. Right now I'm looking at the Graco Ready2Grow. Here's the link (sorry it's prob not clicky and I don't know how to make it so):
