  I have a Medela Pump in Style Advanced (PISA) and love it.  I also had a manual Medela that was great.  Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with Medela.

  I have the Medela Pump In Style Advanced, except it isn't called that because I got it through my insurance company.  It's the same one, though, and it's been great for me.  I really like it.

  My midwife said that the medela is best, but my insurance wouldn't cover it, so I got the ameda purely yours. I like it just fine.

  I have a Medela Freestyle and use it pretty much daily, as much as 4x per day on work days.  I'm very happy with it.  I know several people who have the Medela PISA and that is highly recommended as well.  If you think you're going to use a pump pretty often you can't go wrong with a Medela double electric.

  This! The first time I used it, it was a little overwhelming (although I think all similar pumps would be), but now it's easy and works great.

  I have both the medela freestyle and the Ameda Purely Yours. I like both, but I prefer my medela only because it is more compact and portable and I find the settings a little easier to use. I get about the same amount of pumped milk from either though.

  I have a Spectra Dew 350, and it is great.  I bought it from Amazon.com.  It works as well for me as the Medela Symphony I used in the hospital!

  Find out what your insurance will cover before you go buy one. That being said, I have a Medela manual which is great for quick "relieve pressure" type pumping.   I have the DME version of the Medela Pump in Style Advanced (PISA) and I really like it.  In the beginning I was pumping a lot (premature baby) and it worked really well. I definitely preferred it to the one I was using in the hospital- the lactation nurses said they preferred the PISA, too. I now pump only once a day to build my freezer stash.  I have brought it with me when I have been away for the day and it travels great, too.

  I have the medela pisa and would recommend it. My son was premature and in the nicu so I had to exclusively pump for his first week. It was a lifesaver. Insurance paid for mine however if I had to do it over, I would have gone for the freestyle bc of the portability. I hate being attached to the pump and unable to go over to a crying baby if I need to.

  Had my baby in the NICU for the first 15 days had me pumping 10 a day trying to get the milk I need it for him and let me tell you if you are going to pump muotiple times a day, go for medela. I have tried many pumps and I always got much milk much quitter with that one. My secon choice would be ameda ourly yours

  Whatever you do, get it before you are discharged from the hospital if you go through insurance! I ordered mine and it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered to the store for pickup. At the same time I am on antibiotics and can't nurse for three days so manual pumping is a pain.
