For Valentine's Day, I got DH a pair of metal collar stays from Etsy engraved with the kids' names. Looking for something similar... in that it's sentimental and not something like a tie or a shirt, etc.
I always do the cheesy D-A-D pics. You get the wooden letters "D" and "A" and take photos of your kids holding each letter. Print out two of the D's and one A and frame it to spell DAD. It first started out as just the FD's gift for the second year but then I did it last year with both kids and I now like the idea of a yearly thing to track their growth.
I did the same thing as PP for DH first fathers day. I was going to update this year but DH says he likes the pictures that are in the frame and wants to keep it that way. So I think I'm going to look through all our pictures and make a collage of pictures of DD and DH and frame it. Maybe have DD draw/color a picture for the center.

Thank you
Love this. It's classy yet still about the kids. I'm not a fan of the cheese fathers day stuff and I'm not sure my husband would really be be either. I like getting DH something he would enjoy.
I love making Shutterfly books. I make it into an actual.book for DH to.read. The first one I did was I love my daddy because...each page had a pic and a different reason.
