6 week growth spurt - what to expect?

My LO is 6w on Monday and I keep hearing about the 6 week growth spurt - what should I expect?  Crazy cluster feeding?  Fussiness? 
12 weeks 1 day - FIST PUMP!

    DS was eating alot more all day and was fussy (which is so unlike his personality). His nighttime was not too different but his day/evening was definitely not as fun as usual. It lasted 3 to 4 days for us. You do get lots of cuddles out of it though. :)

    My LO has been cluster feeding in the evenings for a while. It's exhausting for me but I found out that my little guy has gained a full pound in just a week! It's crazy!

    The 6 weeks spurt was the WORST for us. I ended up so stressed and crying but right after that she started sleeping through the night from 10pm to 7am. If yours is bad just know it will end and get a lot better.

    Ours pretty much eats every 3-4 hours like clock work during the day and it's usually 4oz at a time.  At her 6 week spurt she was guzzling 6oz's and wanted to eat again 1-2 hours later.  She still slept about 8 hours at night with only one wake up though.  It lasted about 5 days and now she's back to 4-5 oz every 4 hours.
