32 weeks and Dilated

Hi everyone, I'm 32 weeks pregnant today. I was admitted to the hospital at 31 weeks dilated at 4cm,
100 effaced and bulging membrane.
In the last 24 hours the baby has not stopped moving , at moments it's actually painful. The dr's don't want to check me so they don't break my water. I'm not sure if I've dilated more or if all these movements mean she is lowering more each minute. Ha anyone else experienced this? If yes how long did baby stay inside?
I already have a healthy preemie born at 32 weeks for a completely different reason. I was sure I would make it to term with this pregnancy .

    I started dilating with my son at 33.5 weeks, 3 cm, 100% effaced with a bulging sac.  With bed rest and anti-contracting meds I was able to stay pregnant an extra week before I had dilated to 9.5 cm.  They broke my water and I delivered my son at 34 weeks, 3 days.

    My water broke at 32 weeks and they tried to keep me on bedrest at the hospital for 2-3 more weeks. They gave me magnesium and the steroid shots. She onyl lasted 2 more days before I delivered her. I went into PTL for unknown reasons. The last 4 hours before delivery went so fast and labor was sooo quick. My DH almost didn't make it back to the hospital. My DD was born 5 minutes after DH arrived. Luckily DD was fine and had a 3 week uneventful stay in the NICU. Make sure you get the steroid shots because you never know when things could go from 0-60 really quickly! Good luck to you. Keep us posted!

    Hang in there!

    My water broke at 32 weeks I was placed on antibiotics and bed rest. I was dilated 3cm , I delivered at 33weeks and 4days all natural. Baby needed very little oxygen was 19 inches long 4 lbs11 oz he stayed in the NICU for 10 days until a day before turning 35 weeks gestation. Issues in the NICU  were minimal mostly learning to feed and a little jaundice.  Good luck
