So my husband and I have been TTC for 6 months now. We do not have any insurance coverage for infertility and when we saw the reproductive endocrinologist she told my OB to start me on a monitored cycle of clomid. We started at the 50mg point and it did not work. We got all the way up to 200mg and it FINALLY worked. However, things all just ended this week as we had a d&c on Tuesday due to a blighted ovum at 10 weeks. It is so hard to deal with this and I just don't know what to do. I don't know if the doctor will put me back on clomid or if that is no longer an option. It is so hard as I am sure you all understand. I just don't know where to go from here. I want a baby more then anything in the world and that dream just seems so far away...

Welcome to the board! I am so sorry for your loss. It is hard. There is a TTC after a loss board, if you ever want to extra support specifically from loss gals. Although, like me, many on this board have also suffered a loss (or more) AND are dealing with IF issued as well.
While you've only been TTC for six months, I assume since you met with an RE that you have a diagnosis. And based on going up to 200mg of clomid, I assume it's either PCOS or some other anovulatory issue. It would be helpful to put your IF Dx in a siggy (the stuff on the bottom of each of your posts that always stays so you don't have to tell us in every post what your story is).
As for how to move forward from here...Since you D&C was just this Tuesday I'm sure you will be resting for a cycle or three. You can (and most likely should) have a WTF meeting with either your RE or OB and discuss where to move on. I don't know how many cycles of clomid you have done, but they may feel it's right to continue with that treatment. Or they might want to try femera or injects and possibly add IUI. There really is no way to know until you have a sit down with them.
But for now, be kind to yourself. Moving forward from a loss is tough. And it takes some time emotionally to feel comfortable moving forward. But I think you will find great comfort and support from the ladies here, as well as if you want to post on TTCAL as well. Good luck & (((HUGS))).

I met with an RE and my issue is that I do not ovulate. I had multiple blood tests done and ultra sounds done to make sure everything else was working correctly and there doesn't seem to be any other issues. I go to the doctor as a follow up on Monday and will hopefully find out where we can go from here. I am only 26 and I know I know, that is young and I shouldn't get worked up just yet but still. We haven't talked about any other options yet but I am open to whatever I have to do.
Thank you for taking the time to write back and thank you for the kind words. It really does help in knowing that I am not alone with all of this.
Don't ever worry about someone here telling you, that you are too young. If you have infertility issues, you have infertility issues. Simple as that. The reason the other person asked your age, is that typically people TTC for one year before seeing a RE unless they are over 35, then it's just 6 months. I assume you started seeing an RE before the one year mark either because you knew ahead of time that you were anovulatory or learned very quickly that you were. And clearly, while we tell some people that are just impatient and looking for problems that it can take a year for your body to regulate off BCP - you had a straight up issue. Because I've rarely heard of people ever gettin put on 200mg of clomid. But like I said, 26 may be "young" to others but IF problems are IF problems. I say anyone over 21, and in a loving relationship, and looking to start a family - more power to them. And those of us with IF, well we know sometimes it can be a loooooongg road. Hell, I've been at this almost four years but because of cost of paying out of pocket it's taken this long just to do four IUI cycles. If I had met and married my husband at a younger age, we'd be younger too but we're not. :::shrugs:::
