  I am so sorry you are going thru this. My dh had the same tests which were send to our RE and then after doing work up on me decided what is best to do. For us we tried IUI which failed for kid number two. Now we moved IVF and FET.

  I don't have any advice, but just wanted to say welcome and good luck to you!

  TTC #3 (#1 for DH) since September 2011. DX: Unexplained infertility with possible cervical factor. May 2012 did clomid with IUI - BFN August 2012 IUI #2 w/ follistim/letrozole - BFN September 2012 IUI #3 w/ follistim/letrozole - BFN October 2012 IUI #4 w/ follistim/letrozole - BFN November/December 2012 IVF/ICSI #1 Retrieved 12 eggs, 8 fertilized. Transferred 1 beautiful embryo and 5 made it to freeze. Got my BFP! January 2013 u/s showed empty gestational sac. FET cycle April 2013.  Transferred 2 5 day embryos.  BFP!!!!!  2 heartbeats!!!!  EDD:  12/27/13

  What medication was he on?  My DH had low testosterone and he took 50 mg of clomid every other day, which helped us conceive DD.  We still have low sperm count, but his testosterone levels are ok so we are on to IUI for #2. 

   

  DD conceived after 3 years of ttc.

  MFI - DH had varicocele repair and took Clomid to get DD b. 02/2010

  TTC #2 since 6/2010
  10/2012 DH diagnosed with Epilepsy
  A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013. 
  DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair. 
  Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies.

  My DH also has low testosterone.  His urologist told him to not take anything for it because testosterone replacement supplements actually prevent sperm production.  If all the blood work comes back good it might be genetic.  Our Urologist had a genetic testing done which showed that DH had a microdeletion of the b1/b3 section of his Y chromosome.  That helps with sperm production.

  Me-OK DH- MFI

  2010 IUI 1-3 Femara + Ovidrill BFN

  Change DR 5/12 IUI 4-5 Natural Cycle BFN

  5/13 DH diagnosed with b1/b3 microdeletion of Y chromosome

  IVF #1 July  Started Lupron 7/5 AF 7/14

  ER 8/1 7R 5M 3F W/ICSI ET 8/6 Moved to 8/7 due to no blast 

  Transferred our UNO embryo Beta #1 27 Beta #2 33 Beta #3 29 CP

  IVF #2 Started Lupron 2/14 

  Protocol 10U Lupron, 150 Bravelle, 150 Menopur, HGH for 4 days, Dexamethesone, 

  Supplements 6000mg CoQ10, 100mg DHEA, Vitamin D, Folic Acid, 

  ER 3/12 8R 4 able to be injected 2f with ICSI ET 3/15 2 "perfect" textbook Embryos

  2 crinone, estrace, dexamethesone, doxycycline

  BETA #1 3/26 201  BETA #2 3/28 524  BETA #3 4/5 9,876  Ultrasound April 7 Showed TWINs

  April 18 ultrasound Baby A HB 147   Baby B HB 146  Both measuring 7w1d
