Hypnobabies home study vs. class

Hi ladies! I'm due in September and I'm planning on doing Hypnobabies. DD1's birth was not at all what I wanted...a combo of my lack of preparation and having an OB and hospital that just didn't give a sh!t. For this LO, I'm using a midwife, a doula, and a birth program - I chose Hypnobabies.

If you did Hypnobabies, first, did you like it? Did you feel like you benefited from it during L&D?

Second, did you do the class or the home study? What are the advantages of one over the other??

    If you are dedicated, the home study is perfect. We used it with our first and things went extremely well. I am nearing the end of this pregnancy and have been trying hard to get everything in with the hope that things go just as well.

    Take my opinion wirh a grain of salt b/c. 1. I haven't used it to deliver yet, 2. I have always been the type of student who does better in a class room hated online courses in college, and 3. I work a sh!t load of hours 72hrs/wk, 6 day work week

    So far I really do like it. We are taking the classes and I feel like doing the home course would have been a huge waste of time. I feel like it a lot of homework but then again if I had 40hr work week it would be different.
