Mysterious free baby clothes in mail

We received a second package today addressed to "diapered Smith" (Smith representing our last name).  The first onesie was organic, made in USA and had a cool hang-loose hand sign on it. This latest one says "Italian" and has an Italian flag...no mention of where it came from.  Our actual last name does happen to be Italian. I thought the first one was some kind of advertisement? But now I am thinking that someone is shipping baby clothes anonymously! Is anyone else receiving stuff like this?

    How fun! I received a mysterious package last week containing 4 boxes of dog biscuits, and I don't have a dog. Turns out someone hacked into one of my brother's online accounts and sent weird things to his contacts.
