    wishing my mom some good news, but afraid I won't hear it.

     

    dear insurance,

     

    thank you for covering the muscle biopsy...but can you take it back so I don't have to put my daughter through that?  I know it is to help her, but I don't like it.

     

    I know I could say no, but I know this should help her so I am going to put my big girl panties on

    Dear Therapy Place,

    how bout your departments communicate with each other.  How did all three of my son's therapists (in 2 different departments) not know there is a wait list for the social skills groups?  If they had know they would have referred DS MONTHS ago.  Thanks for screwing us out of a critical service before Kindergarten starts.  I plan on being polite but don't think I'm going to let this just slide.

    Dear school/teacher/aide (whichever you happen to be),

    Do not take my stuff.  I don't care if it was small, cheap, and in the grand scheme of life isn't that big of a deal. Do not take my stuff.  I have no patience for people who take things (no matter what it is) that does not belong to them.
