Anyone taken Prenatal Yoga?

I am thinking about signing up for the Yoga on High class when I hit my second trimester, anyone taken it before? I saw the class is 90 MINUTES...holy smokes that is a long time for a preggo out of shape mama to do yoga. Has anyone taken it and was it too much??

    I highly recommend GoYoga in Powell. They are 60-minute classes on Thursday nights at 7:30 and MUCH more affordable than Yoga on High.
