Hello,
We are Nate and Katie. We are two loving, nurturing, kindhearted and intelligent people who have been happily married for over four years. We are very excited to start our family through adoption. We're looking to connect with other adoptive families, especially those who are in the same stage as we are.
We decided that we were ready to start a family almost two years ago. After a little more than a year of trying to conceive with no success, we visited our doctor and found out that we will be unable to have a child without fertility treatment. We had already discussed this and made the decision not to pursue treatment. After lots of prayer and research, we were introduced to the adoption community and we haven?t looked back since.
We started our adoption process in October, 2012 and are currently waiting to be matched. You can follow our progress at https://weareuntilforever.blogspot.com.

Re: New to the community and adoption!
I am mostly just a lurker here but wanted to say welcome. Best of luck on your journey. Also, I skimmed through your blog and really like it.

Mother of two wonderful boys! Blessed through adoption.
TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!
After 1 IUI, 3 IVF's with CGH/CCS testing, 10 early miscarriages, and lots of tears and frustration, we are moving on to Domestic Infant Adoption! We are so excited to see what the future holds.
