Sleep Help Update

So no CIO needed...we switched DS to one nap a day and he's been going to bed at 8pm without any crying and STTN. He wakes up at 5-6am, but I'll take that over him staying up really late and waking up every 3 hours.

One nap a day has been amazing for DD. she finally takes naps that are more than 30 minutes.
