XP: I got my rainbow and moving over here!
So I know I havent been around on PgAL for a while, but I wanted to make my way over here and let you all know that I delivered my son last Thursday, May 9th, at 36w5d via c section.
I had a really rough last month or so. I came down with a cold that I couldnt seem to shake and ended up being admitted to the hospital with acute bronchitis and continual asthmatic episodes (never had asthma in my life). Anyway, I spent a week in the hospital and things just seemed to snow ball into bigger problems...one of which ended up being low amniotic fluid and became the final straw leading to an impromptu c section.
It has been quite the whirlwind, and the journey to this point has definitely been bumpy, but it is all so so worth it. I am so in love with our DS.
Now that DS is here and I am no longer feeling so miserably sick, I hope to be a more active poster again!
He's my fairytale, a dream when I'm not sleeping.
