Its the new Downs Syndrome blood test. I took the test last week. I think this is the longest wait I've ever had for a test result.
In final 2 WW after 1st injectible IUI cycle with gonadotropins, Gonal-F. IUI was 9/23. DH will not do another cycle, so this is it for us. History: 6 pregnancies: 5 losses and one DD (born 1-30-2010). Last pregnancy (May 2012) ended in D&E at 9 weeks, testing showed male fetus with an extra 16th chromosone. Recurrent losses thought to be likely due to AMA (I'm 40).

    Oh...how I feel your pain!   My first blood draw for it was on 4/24, should have had results by 5/8.  Found out on 5/9 that there wasn't enough fetal DNA so we had to do it over again.  Had blood drawn on 5/9 so should have results by 5/23.  And yes, you are absolutely right...the wait is KILLER.  Your screen name is NH Native...I'm in Enfield NH (Near Dartmouth College).

    I did mine at 11 weeks. I had my blood drawn on Monday and called the office for something else the next Wednesday and they had my results already.

    They took my draws last Friday @ 9weeks 6days.  My doc called with my results today.

    ETA: I was shocked to get my results back so soon because everyone else's has taken so long.

    I had mine done this past Monday! Waiting for the results...they say a week! I am 42 and this is my first (and only!) baby.
