Hey! Just recently found out that I am pregnant. 5 weeks along, still very early. Just went for a internal ultrasound, waiting for the results. I am trying to learn as much as I can to try and prepare myself for our first baby!
I wanted to try and continue to exercise through. Can anyone recommend any workout dvds or classes they are taking? Thanks!!!

I'm doing yoga and loving it (although I'm only 4 weeks3 days along), also I have added in some squats and lunges becasue I heard they are really good to do while pregnant, as well as some light arm weights exercises. Congratulations on your pregnancy!
