I am 9 months pp and have been at my pre preg weight since about 12 weeks - so i didnt put much emphasis on working out bc it came off on its own.... which was great at the time

now that its warm, and i am in shorts and tanks, i see just how "out of shape" i am! I have researched dvds for home workouts bc i need to tone up. I want something I can squeeze into my insane schedule... I am not looking for something that takes 60-90 min 6 days a week... any suggestions?
Re: need a realistic work out dvd
I second that. I'm not really into DVDs, but I did start the 30 Day Shred at 4 weeks pp, and for a 20 min workout, it's a really good workout!
I am a fan of hers. I used to have 30DS, but lent that to a friend a few years ago. I have Yoga Meltdown and Six Pack Abs and love both (the yoga I try to do one of the two workouts daily).
I have the 30 day shred. It's intense but only 20 minutes. I also got Jillian's Yoga Meltdown which is a 30 minute work out. I started working out by alternating between these two videos. I still do these and I get extra exercise by going for long walks now that the weather is nice.
I also have a pilates DvD called "Pilates, Beginners and Beyond". It has a ton of different routines at varying lengths. Some are only 10 minutes. They have longer routines as well.
