I'm glad that you are feeling okay about switching to a new IA program. I can't imagine how disruptive having Ghana close must have felt, but I am really pleased that you may be able to switch to another program and recoup some of the money you've already invested.
Let me know if you need any fundraising advice! I've done my
fair share over the years. I worked at a marketing firm that worked
with a lot of nonprofits, so I did a lot of it there... I've helped
raised funds for all kinds of stuff?missionaries, orphanages, a medical
clinic in Haiti, our church capital campaign, MS research, and now our
adoption. It's draining, but it is something I absolutely love working
on.

Also, I just saw on that other post about bio + adopted kids that you are switching to China SN! Welcome to the club
StormyEyez and Kimmyb1020 are adopting from China too. And maybe some others too... but I forget.
Our Adoption Blog & Fundraising Efforts
Heading to China in November 2014 to bring our son home!
Thank you, thank you! Yes, we have made the decision to switch to the China waiting child program and we're really excited! (DH is loving the stability of the program right about now).
We will GLADLY take all the fundraising advice we can get! This is a brand new area for us, so we'll need lots of help.
Glad to meet you!
