Spitting up only after formula

DS is spitting up only after his bottles-he is formula fed.  It has been getting worse over the past few weeks.  He does not do this after solids.

My mom said I did the same thing around this age and the pedi (it's been awhile) put me on watered down milk.  I do not think that is good advice.  His GG is suggesting the same.  But there again...

I plan on calling the pedi in the morning but was wondering if anyone has had this happen...

This will most likely be a post and run as DH & DS are on their way home.

Thanks ladies as I admire your thoughts, experiences and advice.

    Maybe he is getting too much? Gas bubbles? IDK....I would try giving him an ounce less and burp him and then see how he does.

    When LO was in the hospital for surgery on pyloric stenosis, after he had surgery they had us burp him every ounce. I know your baby did not have surgery, but maybe you could try that considering that's what they suggested with spit ups after his small intestine surgery.
