What TV or Movie couple most remind you of you and your S/O? Marshall and Lily from HIMYM

What was your first Record/Cassette/CD (and tell us which medium it was)? First tape was Mariah Carey (her first album)

What TV or Movie couple most remind you of you and your S/O? I'm not sure why but the first ones that came to mind were Doug & Carrie from King of Queens. Probably because DH is big a goofy and I'm the serious and sometimes bitchy one.

What was your first Record/Cassette/CD (and tell us which medium it was)? I never bought cassettes only recorded mix tapes lol. First CD I think was Aerosmith

Worst aspect of your job: Not a good day to ask me this one. Its hard to choose just one. Maybe the fact that there are no expectations or standards for anyone. My boss and her lack of authority. The pay.... Really everything, except I love my schedule! LOL I have an interview on Friday

Movie couple: The movie is When Harry Met Sally, but we're not Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal. We're the friends, Carrie Fisher and Bruno Kirby - we met, we fell in love, we had one small fight about a wagon wheel coffee table, and lived happily ever after. I love that we have such a simple story.
First album: True Blue by Madonna, on cassette
First embarrassing song: "The Humpty Dance" My little sister bought the single, in all innocence - she didn't know what half the words meant. I, however, was just old enough to know what it meant by "I once got busy in a Burger King bathroom," and was both embarrassed and unsurprised when Mom threw it away. (Side note: DH does an amazing karaoke version of the "The Humpty Dance.")

It's hard to think of a movie or TV show...Maybe like Charlotte and Harry from Sex and the City. Not b/c I initially wasn't attracted to him, but I was coming out of a serious relationship, we randomly hooked up, I didn't want it to mean anything (but of course, it did), and he pursued me until I realized it didn't matter that I had just left another relationship. I especially appreciate the Charlotte character more now after seeing her go through IF issues.

My first album was MENUDO...hahaha! I even had the poster with Ricky Martin. What can I say, I grew up in Puerto Rico.

I can't think of an embarrassing song...but with my job at an ad agency, I hate dealing with sales reps calling me daily. Some know how to be professional, but others are so naggy.

Thanks, I absolutely love my job and I definitely have days where I go home and cry, but I would never do anything else

Well, when I was like 10 I used to dance for my parents and one of the songs I used to dance to was "I Touch Myself" by Blondie. I was horrified when I grew up and realized what it was about!! So embarrassing!!
What's for dinner? Eh, I don't know yet. DH isn't home. I've had a Popsicle already.
Worst aspect of your job: I am a psych RN and it gets really hard when I see repeat patients, especially when it is due to not being compliant with medication or because our mental health system let them down.

Worst aspect of your job: Does the commute count? 55 minutes door to door when it could be 20 with no traffic. I know some of you may have it worse, but it bums me out.

Worst aspect of your job? Sequestration and overall budget cuts, which limits the amount of species conservation projects we can fund. But overall, I love the work I do.

What TV or Movie couple most remind you of you and your S/O? We are soooo totally Monica and Chandler. Complete with me being OCD about cleaning and really competitive. And DH is a total jokester.

What was your first Record/Cassette/CD (and tell us which medium it was)? My first record was Muppets Christmas with John Denver when I was three, My first cassette was the soundtrack to Top Gun.

Can you remember the first song you liked that you were embarrassed your parents might hear you listening to? There was song that talked about "One, two I wanna bang you. Three, four she'll be begging for more. Five, six gonna play with her tits" or something like that, II was like 8. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the song.

What's for dinner? We had a pasta dish with smoked sausage, penne pasta, and sauteed zucchini and squash.

Worst aspect of your job: It's retail, so people being super rude and looking down their nose at me.

Worst aspect of your job: We are non-profit so we always go with the lowest bidder on everything. A day rarely goes by when I'm not dealing with a repairman. It's almost comical. That or the drama created by a few people.

1. This is a super tough one. I would probably go with Stanley Tucci and Patricia Clarkson's characters in Easy A, although I am sure not many people will know what I am talking about. I can honestly imagine us having those very conversations.

2. First cassette was Debbie Gibson, followed closely by Tiffany, New Kids, and The Jets.

3. Yes. That would probably be Whoomp There it Is. I LOVED that song!

4. I had some popcorn shrimp. YUM!

5. This is tough because unfortunately there is a lot bothering me right now. I would say the worst part is that my role has been "changing" for the last 6 months, but as much as I ask, I never get clear answers on what my objectives should be, etc. So I essentially just end up taking on left-over tasks while they sort out how they want me to transition. We are re-structuring, so I kind of get it, but I am over this total ambiguity about what I am supposed to be doing.

We dated off and on for a while and spent some time apart before we became serious, plus he's more serious and business like by nature and I'm more of a free spirit so we balance each other.

What was your first Record/Cassette/CD and tell us which medium it was? I can't remember the first that I had like from my parents as a gift, but I know that the first that I bought with my allowance was a Spin Doctors tape.

Worst aspect of your job: My salary. I work for the government so it's not great, I get lots of perks which helps some but I could use a raise!
