Trouble TTC

all temps after IUI under coverline

I need someone to look at my chart and tell me what they think, please. I know when one temp drops below coverline its not that big of a deal but this is my 2nd IUI and ever since the IUI my temps have all been below the coverline.... so I dunno if i would consider myself out or if this is still a cycle that has a chance...  here is a link to my chart... Thanks! My Ovulation Chart

  • Can't clomid cause your temps to be wonky?  Maybe your pre IUI temps are not accurate so the post IUI temps seem low???

Forgive me, but there is no cover line on your chart.  And I'm sure you've heard it before but meds for IUI cycles can make your chart wonky which is why you're usually told not to chart temps.  That being said, admittedly I ignored that for my first two IUIs (and maybe the third? It's hard to remember anymore since I've had my treatment cycles spread out) and I did usually have high temps past IUI until about 11dpIUI when my temps would take a nose dive.

*BUT* Since yours have been all over the board I would not put too much stock in your temping with the meds you've had to take for the IUI.

  • I admit, I did not look at your chart, but if you did a medicated cycle, the meds can totally mess with your temps.  I stopped charting when I started doing treatment cycles because IMHO, it was inaccurate enough to be a mindfvck, and since there is so much monitoring, I felt like I was covered. Totally understand wanting to know what is going on, but I wouldn't put too much stock into your chart if you are on meds. GL to you!
