So, I am kind of stressed out with starting solids. Don't know where to begin.. what to give. I found this https://goodmomming.com/ and kind of solved my problem but still I need some help from you. What solid did you give first?
I don't know if you are planning on making your own food or doing jarred food. But wholesomebabyfood.com is a great resource! I use it all the time. It also gives you suggestions on what foods to start first. For us, we started with carrots and sweet potatoes. Good luck!
Our ped said orange veggies, then yellow, then green, then fruits. I also used wholesomebabyfood.com for their chart of when to introduce foods. We started with sweet potato and carrots.

We did bananas just spur of the moment. I was eating one and H kept grabbing at it so I gave him a chunk. We have since done peas, pears, peaches, avacado, and sweet potatos.
I am making my own.
Fruits, oatmeal, and rice cereal were our first choices and he loved all. We also added prunes because DS seemed to have a sensitive tummy but he hasn't had prunes in about 2 months. He doesn't care as much for veggies but likes pureed meats like turkey or chicken mixed with pureed veggies. I would say his favorite is bananas. We still do pureed because he has no interest in feeding himself and I buy it pre-made. We just recently started trying things we're eating such as pancakes and watermelon.
We started with cereals and the green veggies. I figured if he could eat the green veggies first, we'd have an easier time with the others and with fruit. These were the first four foods we introduced: Rice cereal, then peas, then barley cereal, then green beans. Then we just kept adding variety. I added fruit 2 months into solids. I didn't want him eating too many of those and then refusing veggies. He eats pretty much everything I feed him now.
