Protein?

I am trying to increase my protein intake. I am vegetarian and I'm running out of ideas. Any thoughts? Different protein sources? I do eat eggs, cheese, and drink milk.

  • -Different types of chilis or stews with beans

    -Black bean veggie burgers 

    -Egg salad 

    -Greek yogurt

    -Stir fries with tofu 

    -I personally stay away from meat substitutes (like Boca and Morningstar products), but that's another option for protein

  • I'd recommend lentils; I make a big pot then serve with many different things i.e. spaghetti with lentils sauteed in the sauce. Also, I found a great recipe for lentil veggie burgerscheap, healthy, and delicious! Hope this helps :
  • I'm not a vegetarian anymore, but I do try to limit meat intake. I get most of my protein from Greek yogurt. Chobani, especially, is really high in protein.
