I am trying to increase my protein intake. I am vegetarian and I'm running out of ideas. Any thoughts? Different protein sources? I do eat eggs, cheese, and drink milk.

I'd recommend lentils; I make a big pot then serve with many different things i.e. spaghetti with lentils sauteed in the sauce. Also, I found a great recipe for lentil veggie burgerscheap, healthy, and delicious! Hope this helps :
I'm not a vegetarian anymore, but I do try to limit meat intake. I get most of my protein from Greek yogurt. Chobani, especially, is really high in protein.
