I'm assuming it was ligaments and all that stuff?
It went away almost as quickly as it came, but dear God, it hurt.

When I sneeze I hold my lower belly, otherwise I'm in pain for a few minutes afterwards.

I had that this morning. I sneezed so hard i swear I could hear the baby say "bless you".
