Whats with the zombie thing?

I have read that a few of you have a zombie fascination. Where does this stem from yo?! Are they a legit worry to you?

    For my husband and I we like to be prepared for as much as possible whether we stay home or have to leave and when we always talk about possible disaster situations we now just joke and say "When Zombies attack." (Seriously though they can't be runners ;-) The funny thing is that now that Zombies are becoming more "mainstream" you see Zombie items in stores. I have a couple ammo cans that are "Zombie ammo cans." They are the exact same thing except for a cool sticker on the side. Also here in Las Vegas if you go into any camping or outdoor store there are now Zombie survival kits and what not.

    In all seriousness, the CDC confirmed its not possible HOWEVER if you choose to be ready for a zombie apocalypse, then you are essentially ready for any epidemic and/or disaster. So if you have to tell yourself you have a zombie survival kit just to be ready for everything else, then so be it.

    You would fit in good at our house. We have a custom license plate involving pirates. We also may or may not have the Jolly Roger on our front plate
