New DR tomorrow... am I forgetting anything?

DH and I have an appt with a new OB tomorrow (no RE available where we are stationed overseas), so I'm trying to prep for what to tell/ask him.

-I only have info on my last 2 cycles because my phone died so I have no access to the calendar where I previously saved everything for the last year... (now I'm using FF) but the older cycles should be included in the records from my first u/s last November (was normal)

-DH had SA and we have to ask about the results, PC wasn't "sure" about them over the phone (which makes me nervous)

-I won't start Clomid unmonitored, and I want an HSG. Any other tests I should ask for outright, if he doesn't bring them up? I already have orders for CD3, 5, and 21 blood tests, but have to wait another month to do them (b/c of travel)

-I'm bringing my native remedies fertile XX supplement that helped regulate my cycles, b/c I always forget the ingredients

What am I missing here? Any advice? This is basically the first "why aren't we pregnant" appointment, because all my previous testing was strictly related to the 90 days of bleeding I had the pleasure of experiencing last fall.

    The only thing I can think of is to make sure your progesterone is checked 7DPO not CD 21.  GL.

    September 2012: Start IF testing

    DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

    October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

    November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

    January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

    April 2015: FET #2.1

    Sounds to me like you've covered everything. They did labs on my DH, like testosterone, estrogen, other hormones, but other than that you are very prepared!
