I've been thinking about you. I don't recall if you have to have a diagnosis or not to enroll in EFMP but definitely check it out. Also, enroll with ECHO. They will cover some things that TriCare doesn't. Cost is dependent on rank and you only pay it the month(s) you use it. I haven't had to use it yet but the friend who gave me the recommendations to give you has.

Oh my gosh- great minds think alike. We just got little man settled and I was going to write an update. We are getting a referral to the Develp. Pediatrician and also a Pediatric opthamologist at Children's They suspect he might have Superior oblique palsy.

They also did a spine x ray today, to check and see if the scoliosis we suspected was there. It was not (yay!) however, we accidently found out that he has spina bifida occulta- nothing "worrysome" right at this moment, but definitely will need followed and could cause issues later down the road. We also have to go back in 6 weeks to this Dr, possibly to start some botox on his torticollis.

So our well baby check with PCM is next Tues- going in with referrals to request and questions about EFMP. They offered ECHO to us before, but only because they thought it might cover the helmet. Once we realized it would not, we did not pursue enrollment further. I am anxious to learn more about how it could help us!!

I am going to talk to PT tomorrow about EI as well.

I feel like we got a few answers, but now waiting more while we get in with 2 other Drs and wait, wait, wait on referrals. Ugh....

Thank you for the huge help and info, it made today a little easier going in with suggestions, ideas and what not. If I could send a hug via the message I would, because you won't know how much I needed the help.
