1st ultrasound!

Had my first ultrasound today. All looks well. Right on track at 8wk 4 d. HB hammering away at 172. We let both our parents know and our 8 yo today. She literally cried tears of joy. So tomorrow the cat's outta the bag! Still feel like its a bit early, but so glad the husband was so excited to spill the beans. Hoping I don't get too much push back. I live in Appalachia where most if my peers have kids in high school or graduating. After today's appt and the conversation about "advanced maternal age" screening I'm actually feeling a little old.

    Congrats!!!  I can't wait to hear the HB! 

    'm nervous about telling my mom, brother, etc. family... but more excited and thrilled for my husband, boys and myself!

    Congrats and I'm glad your ultrasound went well! Don't psych yourself out with the whole age thing. Just enjoy your pregnancy!
