Jogging stroller

Any recommendations for a good running stroller? My LO is only 6 weeks, so it will probably be a while before I run with her, but if it has a car seat adaptor or lays flat so I could walk with her in it right now, that would be a plus. Is a BOB my best bet?

Most people would recommend a BOB, they sell car seat adaptors for them but I don't know about them lying completely flat. At that age it's easier to use the car seat adaptor for walks anyway.

Bob - for sure... it's amazing. I started jogging ever so slowly (on super flat ground) w/ LO at like 8 or 10 weeks w/ car seat adapter. i also used to throw an extra blanket in there for more head support.

The Bob does lay back, not flat, but a small incline once they are out of the car seat and just in the Bob. Look on craigslist and stuff to see if you can find one on the cheap. Also REI does a 10 point inspection on them for free, so if you did get a used one you could take it in and just have them check the tire pressure and make sure it's alignment is good, etc.

We just ordered a BOB iron man double, I can't wait. Last year I had a Baby Trend single and hated it.

Thanks, ladies, I think I'll go with the BOB ironman it's just for running, I have the Graco stroller that came with our carseat for running errands. I just needed some reassurance before spending that much money, especially on a single when we are planning on another LO in the next couple of years. I've been watching craigslist since I was pregnant, and there are constantly ISO ads but no one selling, so I can probably sell it if I do need a double in a couple of years.

I love my BOB, totally worth the money!! I've been running with her in the car seat with the adapter since she was 5 weeks, just used extra head support and she's been fine.
