  I would think that it is random, but I don't have any science to back that up.  FX for you, I hope you feel LO sooner this time.

  Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!

  I think it is random. I didn't have it with DS. With the girls, one has an anterior placenta and the other doesn't. Hope you feel some movement soon!

  I think it is random. I've had it with my 1st and 3rd pregnancies, but not my second. I felt DS1 moving at 21 wks and this LO at 18 wks.

  I had an anterior placenta with DS.  I do again this time.  I asked and was told that it is totally random.

  (I will say that I thought that I did NOT have one this time as I started feeling movement around 15-16 weeks.  She's a feisty one.)

  I had one with #2 but not with #1 or #3.  I think it is totally random.  Hope you feel the baby soon!

  Had it with my first and started feeling her at 18 weeks.  Didn't have it with my son and started feeling him at 14 weeks
