Good morning, ladies! I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!
Please let me know if any of the info is wrong or needs updating. Mamas who have scheduled c/s, I have you listed at your official 40w DD but if you'd prefer to be listed at your c/s date, speak up and I'll get it changed.
Welcome to Gr8te, CousinVicki, myshaybaby, MrsChopp, and RmJohns92! November seems to be the month of the twins! If there are any other newcomers that would like to be added to the list, post below and include your EDD.
Congrats to our grad, remap916! See you in 3rd Tri! If anyone else is moving to 3rd Tri, let me know.

As always, keep those appointments and updates coming and those Team Pink / Blue announcements rolling in!
QOTW: How was your Mother's Day? Did your SO do anything special for you? For all the FTMs, did you finally get a chance to enjoy it and not want to hide from the world?

Re: ? ? ? 2nd Tri Check-In ? ? ?
Update: Relatively quite week on the baby front. I did get my baby drunk yesterday by eating Italian chocolate with an unbeknownst-to-me strong liquor filling. He was having a dance party after that. I have my 1-hr Glucose test tomorrow. I have a feeling I'm going to get a big fat fail on that one so we'll see.
QOTW: Mother's Day was finally bearable!! I still don't really feel like a mom yet so I specifically asked DH not to get me anything. We spent Saturday with my family and Mother's Day with his since his nieces were getting dedicated at church that morning. Nothing super exciting but it was soooo nice to be able to sit through a Mother's Day sermon without crying and feeling like I didn't belong.

Update: Saw my OB for an uneventful check-up appt. I scheduled my GTT for next week to give me a chance to adjust my diet as much as possible, since I failed the 1 hr. test (but passed the 3 hr) with DD. I would really like to be done after the 1 hr this time if possible, and since I barely missed last time, I'm hoping it's still a possibility for me this time.
QOTW: This was my first Mother's Day with an outside baby (and an inside baby). Went to lunch with my parents, in-laws, and DH. DD was absolutely perfectly well-behaved, and a good time was had by all. Looking forward to next year, when I celebrate with my entire family, as DS is definitely going to be the final addition.
IVF #1: 9/11: ER: 12R, 11M, 10F, No Frosties; 5dt: 2 blasts, 1 morula; DD born 6/3/12
IVF #2: 11/12-12/12: ER: 20R, 20M, 16F, 4 Frosties; 5dt: 3 blasts, DS born 8/9/13
Waiting on my anatomy scan, which isn't until the 29th. Two more weeks!!
QOTW: How was your Mother's Day? Did your SO do anything special for you? For all the FTMs, did you finally get a chance to enjoy it and not want to hide from the world? We're trying to save our pennies right now, so he got me a really sweet card. He also got some chocolate for me and the baby
My family was very excited for me, and said I was starting to show. I even got to go through the food line first with all the rest of the moms
Last year I was distracted on Mother's Day because I had a mammoth ovarian cyst, which hurt like hell....so this year was a nice pleasant change

Nothing new with me. Just waiting for my next appointment so we can finally schedule our A/S. I've been experiencing awful headaches because my sinus' SUCK.
QOTW: DH showered me Happy Mother's Day gratitude words all day. He was sweet! We had breakfast with my Mom and spent the afternoon with his side of the family. Everytime anyone said Happy Mother's Day to me it felt weird me. It's still not 100% real in my head.

For Mother's Day - my DH took me out for the day, went to a nice brunch, walking/sightseeing around Savannah, shopping, and eating at my favorite Indian place for dinner.

Charlotte Hannah -born 8/13/13.
Update: Not much going on this week. Baby girl is doing good, kicking and moving more and more (with stronger movements too, which make it hard to fall asleep!). My next appt is the 21st, which will be an OB checkup and glucose test. Really hoping I don't fail that.
QOTW: Mother's Day was nice. DH and I agreed to wait until next year for Mothers and Fathers Day, but we went to a movie and lunch with friends, called our mothers. We're generally so busy right now since we move into our new house on Saturday, the new kitchen is almost finished, I'll be out of town next weekend, etc., so I didn't want poor DH to feel like he had to find me a present or something in the middle of all of it. :-)
BFP on Cycle #8. Natural M/C at ~8 weeks
IUI #1 and #2 (8/12, 9/12)- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel = BFNs
IVF #1 (EPP) 13R/10M/9F, 5DT 1-4AA blast, beta #1-148, beta #2-322, 5 frosties!
Update: Spring is so pretty, but terrible for my sinuses. I've had a headache the past few days and it's just not going away. I'm worried I'll get a sinus infection! I just really hope the pollen counts go down soon. Very excited to hit the 24 week mark. The past week I've been stressing about PTL labor a lot for some reason... seems like every time I come up on a milestone I get the worries. Feeling very grateful and blessed to be where we are.
QOTD: My adorable, sweet husband sent me a bouquet of flowers at work on Friday. It literally brought me to tears. He's not a big flower-sender, so it really meant a lot. I also got a free Mommy dessert at lunch with my MIL. Score!
IVF #1 w/ ICSI 9/2012 (10M 6F), ET 9/24 (1 good pre-blast), BETA 10/4= BFN,

BETA 12/26= BFP (356), BETA 12/28 (840) 2nd Ultrasound shows TWINS!!
Regarding appointments... I had my anatomy scan yesterday and little one looks great. Love being able to refer to baby as "she" now! It was amazing to see how big she has gotten since my NT scan at 12 weeks! They did tell me that I have an anterior placenta so I shouldn't expect to feel any movement for awhile. Boo... but thank goodness for my addiction to my doppler! I have my regular OB appointment next Monday. Oh & she currently weighs 9 oz and is in the 72nd percentile! That was a little fact I didn't expect to get! :-)
QOTD: We decided it would just be a quite day. DH made me a lovely breakfast and we went to visit my mom & his mom in the afternoon.... then we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Update: Nothing really new except we surprised my family this weekend by telling them we're having a boy. Their reactions were priceless and I was really glad we pulled one over on them. We also told them his name and my Dad started to tear up (which he never does) because we're giving Hunter my Dad's name as a middle name - he was really touched. My first appointment with my new midwife is tomorrow and A/S should be next week (I'll schedule it tomorrow)
QOTW: I went out to brunch with my family and my sister and parents got me little gifts which was so nice. My DH got me a nice card and took me out to dinner that evening. It was really nice, but it felt weird because last year was a completely different story.
Please add me! I'm finally in 2nd tri!
Due date is 11/15 with a singleton
Update: I posted yesterday that my NT scan results came back normal...yay!!! What a huge relief! I have an early sex scan on 6/1 at a little over 16 weeks. We did the same thing with Ethan and it was obvious he was a little boy. We don't have a preference either way but I'm a planner. I also found the hb for the first time with my doppler over the weekend. It was such a great sound but it was even better to share it with DS. He kept asking me to hear it "one more time." My next appointment is tomorrow with my ob.
QOTW: Mothers day was awesome! I have been lucky enough to celebrate them for 4 years now and my heart is full each and every one. There were many years that I didn't know if I would get to celebrate the holiday and spend every minute grateful that I now can.
Had my 16 week appt yesterday, which was like 10 minutes and very uneventful. My doc has a new nurse who seems totally clueless. it took her forever to find the HB with the doppler, which was annoying especially because it takes me 30 seconds with my at home doppler- I wanted to snatch it out of her hands and do it for her! I was sweating, even though I had heard the hb at home myself the day before! Anyway, she finally found it, and it was a great 150. My dr was running across the street to the hospital to deliver a baby, so I saw her for about 30 seconds. Anatomy scan is scheduled for June 7, and even though I already know it's a boy (from the Harmony test), I can't wait to see him and check everything out!
I had some light brown spotting this morning (see separate post) and am trying not to freak out about it.
As for mother's day, my DH has not been great. I've had a really easy pregnancy and hardly any symptoms so far, so he just doesn't think pregnancy is a big deal - never mind the fact that it took almost 2 years and IVF1.3 to get here! He claims I am "not doing any more parenting" than he is. He is mostly joking, but it still irks me. Anyway, he made a nice breakfast for his mom, and I participated and tried to just enjoy the day.
Hi lovely ladies,
We have our 13 week and 6 day appt tomarrow with our OB. Our OB is having us do appts every 2 weeks :-) I am feeling exhuasted all the time, and this week my morning sickness has let up just a tad. Zofran is still my best friend.
QOTW: For Mother's day we just went over to my parent's for lunch. I think next year we will celebrate since we will have 2 babies at that time.

I'm 21 Weeks today and still no movement. I do have an anterior placenta so that probably is to blame.
QOTW: DH didn't do anything special for me for Mother's Day, because I didn't want him to. We both feel that we will celebrate when we have our baby in our arms. I did have alot of other friends and family wish me a happy mother's day. It felt kind of strange, but I went with it anyway.
I'm very thankful to be pg this mother's day. It was torture last year being barren.
Hi Ladies! I missed check in last week, was just a crazy week at work! We are doing great over here! Last Friday we found out we are having a BOY!!! DH and I are just so overjoyed! My shy little guy would not show us anything till about 45min into the scan! The tech gave me some water and a twix and when she tried again he flipped around showed us the goods and then promptly went back to his little ball, legs up and hands/arms over his face. SO cute! Everything is looking great with my a/s. He would not show his face though so we are going back this Friday to try again. My plan is to have a brownie and a coke to see if that wakes him up enough to move around!
Mothers day was good this year, we took my Mom out for lunch. The one thing I am still struggling with is this really is not my first mothers day. (at least for me) I felt almost uncomfortable when friends wished me a Happy Mothers Day like if I celebrate too early it will jinx something.. Sigh I am crazy! While this year was much easier than the last few years, next year will be my year to celebrate with my little guy. My DH did wish me an "almost moms day" which I thought was super cute!
Update: Found out the gender of our LOs last week which was exciting. NT scan bloodwork came back excellent! Now waiting on our 16 week appointment next Thursday to check on everything. I feel great for the most part but am starting to have a little hip pain here and there. It's wild to see how big my belly is getting already with the twins! I'm about the same size as another girl at work who is 10 weeks ahead of me with a singleton. Crazy.
QOTW: DH and I are trying to save $ so I told him NOT to get me anything. He still went and got me a card, a nail polish color he thought I'd like (how cute!) and a reusable Starbucks mug. Helpful for my nightshift one coffee a night habit! We hosted a brunch at the house and told our family we are having a Boy and Girl! Everyone was excited. I didn't feel like it was a special day for us due to all the work it takes to host a party-please remind me to not entertain my DH's insane family without alcohol ever again. (So guess I won't be throwing any more parties until I can load up (sip) on wine in 5 months after the pump and dump)
We're seeing the twins tomorrow. Can't wait! I'm also amazed so many people with dates around ours know what they're having already, but now I'm curious if the doc will mention anything tomorrow. We've been ping-ponging between the doctors and the doctor we have typically seems rushed. I just hope things are going well in there.
We're telling the extended family this week and next that we're expecting and the rest of our friends towards the end of the month. It finally feels a bit real!
QOTW: Mother's Day was nice. My husband surprised me with two onesies from the twins, which was super sweet. They are super cute and he did well, as usual.
Hello Ladies! I am finally in second tri! Due November 6th, with a singleton
We are going in for an elective ultrasound tomorrow to hopefully see the gender at 15 weeks. Not too much happening, pretty uneventful so far.
qotw: Mother's day was awesome, I spent the day with my family so it was nice. A few people said happy mothers day but I don't really feel like a mom, so it was a little weird. But I still appreciated the thoughts.
Hope you all are having a great week! *hugs*

24 weeks tomorrow - VDay!!! I have my last cervical check and my 24 week check-up on Thursday. Can't wait to see my girl again! Then I will have to suffer four whole weeks before I get to see her again... I have been so spoiled. She is kicking away and DH finally saw my stomach move when she kicked tonight. Feeling good but starting to get a little uncomfortable already! Nursery was painted last weekend and my baby shower is this weekend!! So excited!!
QOTW: DH didn't really do anything for me for Mother's Day but wish me a happy Mother's Day. My dad and stepmom were in town (painting the nursery) so we went to my brother's for lunch and pool time and then everyone came over to our place for dinner. It was fun, but exhausting!!!
Here's the nursery... obviously it still needs to be decorated
Found out we are having a boy! we, and my son especially, are thrilled. i am feeling pretty good, but still get SO tired early at night. Mother's day was low key, i lounged around in my pajamas all day and relaxed!
I'm late with checking in again this week... sorry!
No a whole lot new here. DH and I took a long weekend and spent 4 days in St Louis visiting my sister and her husband. Went to the Brad Paisley concert, a Cardinals game, and lots of eating. My sister took my shopping for maternity clothes on Saturday afternoon and surprised me with buying me about $125 worth of maternity clothes while I was in the dressing room :-)
QOTD: We didn't do much to celebrate, we had a 6 hour drive home that day. But DH surprised me with a necklace from the babies, and my mom and dad sent me a mother-to-be card in the mail. Next year will be the real first one for us with 2 beautiful babies in my arms!
Good morning, ladies!
Update; I had my 24 week appointment and one hour glucose yesterday. Still waiting on the results and hoping I passed! Baby's heartbeat sounded strong and he/she's been kicking up a storm, one minute in my ribs and the next in my groin! I'm still measuring a week ahead and am preparing for a big baby! We finished our registry this past weekend and this upcoming, we'll paint the nursery - it's feeling more real!
QOTW: It was weird, because I didn't truly feel as though it was my first Mother's Day. I definitely didn't feel as weird or sad as previous years. MH went out to pick up a coffee in the morning and come home with a card and flowers, which was very sweet. Otherwise, we just treated our moms as we would've any other year!
QOTW: My bday was on Mother's Day this year and while I didn't expect to celebrate Mother's Day yet, I got some awesomely sweet mother to be cards. Spent the day driving back from KC.
I can't seem to get my act together to check-in any earlier than Thursday! I am always late to the party.
No updates. My next OB appointment is next week. I have my glucose test. My friends that have BTDT keep telling me how horrible the drink is and how bad I will feel the rest of the day. Meh...I keep thinking that it can't be as bad as jabbing yourself with needles and pumping hormones into your body. Or walking around with GIANT ovaries. Or OHSS. But...what do I know?
QOFW: My husband got me a card and wrote a very sweet, heart-felt message in it. He said he was going to buy me the DSLR camera that I really want, but we are in the middle of remodeling -- paint, carpet, storm doors, building a wall, etc. I am certain he will surprise me with the camera in the next month or two. ;o) I agree with the other posters that said it felt weird to have people wish me Happy Mother's Day. My MIL and SIL both got me gifts (for the baby). SEVERAL people gave well wishes, but it was just...weird. Once an infertile, always an infertile I guess?
