Zantac and Previcid ... any success

My LO is 7 weeks old and has bad reflux.  She was on just Zantac and it sort of helped, but not really.  Now her ped. added Previcid as well.  Just curious if anyone has had any success with this combination.  She is pretty  miserable.  We prop her up at night and burp well, use gas drops and gripe water.  It's just so hard to watch her be in so much pain.

We switched to previcid after zantac stopped working. It's helped so far! She still spits up throughout the day, but a lot less than before, and she doesn't seem like she's in pain.

  • We switched to prevecid as well this onfriday and it is making a big difference so far compared to the zantac. the reflux was really effecting his sleep and waking himm up before, but now he iscslleping much better. He is still sleeping in his bouncy seat unfortunately, but much more soundly and for longer stretches. He is also much more pleasant.

We use a Previcid compound formula. It takes a week or so for it to really start working or did for us anyway.
