Today didn't start as well for me, DS slept like absolute shizzzz last night, and I couldn't handle being sleepy and hungry.... bah, lame excuses.
Breakfast: bagel with hummus and coffee
Lunch will be: leftover dinner (fake tuna sandwich on wheat and orzo and veggie salad)
Snack: TBD probably some kind of fruit, not much else healthy here
Dinner: Spinach tortellini and I think salad

almost 1230 and I should think about lunch...
so far I've had coffee, oj and shredded wheat. Uncertain what to make for dinner
I have an phone interview at 2p for a VP role..not sure i'm ready to head back to ft work...it should be interesting trying to complete that:)
I am! For about 21 years now! I also don't like dairy and it doesn't totally agree with me, so I'm not 100% vegan but pretty close.
I'm torn on the meat for LO too, but I think ultimately I want him to choose if he wants to eat it or not..... so I'm leaning towards giving it to him so his body is used to it and if he decides to stop eating it, excellent! DH is an omni, so he'd have it around no matter what.

Lunch: Small Salad/popcorn

Breakfast - 1/2 and english muffin w/ peanut butter and a few slices of turkey deli meat rolled up w/ swiss cheese.. oh and coffee! always coffee!
Snack - greek yogurt w/ about 2 TBS of granola
Lunch - haven't eaten yet, but have leftovers from dinner - oven baked southwest egg rolls and a banana
Dinner - I have lasagna made up and ready to bake when I get home from work..probably chop up a quick side salad to go along with
Snack: goldfish I could resist, I needed some crunch and banana. Water.
Lunch: smart ones meal pasta with ricotta and spinach . Water.
Dinner: salad with balsamic vinagerette with either grilled chicken or a veggie burger

Lunch chick fil a sandwich and fries
Dinner DH brought home a ham last night that I'm supposed to put in the oven in... An hour ago... Oops
Lol this is always me whenever I make a ham. We always end up eating it at like 8 at night as opposed to our normal 6 o'clock dinnertime. Btw, your day sounds delicious! Ha

Lunch: Leftover brown rice with melted cheese and salsa (actually better than I thought it would be!) and raspberries, seltzer
Snack: cheez-its
Dinner will be sausage and peppers with pasta and a salad
