Finally made my first ob appointment

I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow and I'll have my first ob appointment. I'm so worried I'll get bad news. I've been trying so hard to stay positive since I'm not spotting or cramping. But knowing that isn't the only indication and I could still end up with no heart beat even with no signs freaks me out.

Stay positive!! Just remember your baby is thriving and you're doing everything right..a positive outlook helps so much. I keep having those thoughts too and everytime I do I just remind myself everything is fine, everything will be ok.

also 9 weeks was the day I had my miscarriage so that is also scaring me. But I had several signs and intuition telling me something wasn't right. Then during my ultrasound they found just a sac and said it stopped progressing at 7 weeks.
