Crib Soothers

Do these help your baby fall back to sleep at night. My LO will be wake up and be wide awake in the MOTN. She only wants to be held/rocked but sometimes this can last an hour or two! I am looking for some MOTN miracle (I know this does not exist) or at least something to help her fall back asleep or entertain her other then me holding her.

I am looking at something like this

We are big fans of the FP seahorse in our house.  DD has used it every night (and nap) since she was tiny.  Once that music comes on she knows its time to sleep.  And worked in the middle of the night too.

  • My son likes those angel dear lovies. They aren't too expensive and pretty easy to find online
  • I have not found a miracle, but I hope you do. I have a sound machine that projects onto the ceiling. I got it at target. My kids like it, but it doesn't put them back to sleep.
  • We have that one and my LO loves it. Like PP said, once he hears the music he knows it is time to sleep. Our remote never worked but he puts himself back to sleep in the MOTN so it wasn't an issue.

I had very fussy babies and crib soothers were extremely helpful. My daughter is 18 months now and I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and hear the soother playing in her room. This morning, before she called us, she turned on her soother and listened to the melodies for a while. The Lamaze Pond Symphony Soother is wonderful. This website FefisBaby only sells soothing products for babies and it carries great soothers (https://www.fefisbaby.com/crib-soothers). They have a spring special of 10% with coupon SPS10.  Hope this helps!
