Year adjusted NICU follow up

So we have the big NICU follow up apt this afternoon and I wasn't nervous until this morning! She has been watched by help me grow and hasnt qualified for any extra services so I am not expecting any surprises but you never know. Either way I know we are very lucky to have great services in
place if we need anything after this apt. This is also the first time we are meeting with the whole team, at her 6 month they just had her seen and tested by the NP and decided she didn't need the whole work up. So I guess it's also the unexpected that has me anxious.

    Thank you ladies! It went very well, but it was a long day! Mia was a trooper until the end because it was naptime. Luckily we don't live too far from the hospital and made it home major meltdown free! :
