If you can find some local honey and incorporate a teaspoon of it into your diet each day, it can help reduce seasonal allergy symptoms.
I thought you were supposed to stay away from honey bc its unpasturized. Maybe I'm wrong?
It does have to be raw, local honey- so yes unpasteurized. I think like everything else though, if you know and trust your source then it's fine if you choose to go that route. I have honey on a daily basis, but like I pointed out in a previous post I also use raw milk/cream in my coffee and on my cereal, etc. I'm not downing a gallon a day or anything, but I know the farmers where I get my milk and I know in their 40+ years of business they have never had any milk test positive for listeria, and they are tested frequently.

I do a zyrtec daily and a sinus rinse at night. My OB says there is nothing wrong with zyrtec/claritin/allegra during pregnancy. I'd be miserable without it.
I have chronic sinusitis and my allergies make everything horrible this time of year. I take Claritin daily and do a couple of sinus rinses every day. That keeps everything in check for the most part. When I have a sinus infection flare-up I add a very small amount of vinegar (as directed by my ENT) to my nose rinses and it works better than antibiotics.

I am doing the salt water rinse but I am also taking Benadryl which is allowed if things get really bad.
The suggestion above about honey is also a good one.
