More weirdness from my temp

She's completely inept and I've had to implement an emergency back up plan for all the stuff she is just not getting because I don't have time to get someone else in and trained.  Today's weird things are:

She emailed me that she has a doctor's appointment tomorrow.  NBD except she had to explicitly state it's a gynecologist appointment.  Not the biggest of deals but really, don't over share.  Then she sat at her desk for 20 minutes on the phone with someone who is, apparently, investigating the reason she was let go from a different temp assignment.  It's because she massaged the shoulders of the person training her who "seemed stress."  Then I hear her say "Well with that person I told her she was built like a 7 year old girl."  This caught my attention.  "What I mean is that she was tiny and one day was complaining about looking bad and I told her she looked great - like a 7 year old girl.  She laughed - didn't seem offended!"  OMFG, seriously?  This woman has no boundaries and no sense of what's appropriate.

    LoL she sounds like a real peach!  Thank god I don't have to train a temp.  They just aren't going to have anyone take my place while I am away.  THey did this the last time too.

    Yeah...she needs to find a deserted hallway or empty conference room for these kinds of calls.  That's kind of an awesome thing to overhear though.  LOL

    I'm convinced that all temps are a little off. We have hired out fair share and each and every one of them has been strange. What gives?!

    That said, I think yours is a special kind of strange. Lol

    Hi. "Ppl" sometimes say "whut" to imply that your post was as confusing as the [intentional] misspelling of a common word.

    And learn to punctuate.

    Just wow. Ms. "ppl" is telling someone else to learn how to spell?

    I've been a temp and absolutely loved it but I've also worked corporate america for 20 years and know how to be professional.

    This temp is definitely her own brand of speshul.

    Who is being discriminatory?  Because I posted about a temp who has no sense of boundaries and professional appropriateness?
