wondering if anyone knows anything about helping your LO grow more hair. My LO has pretty much no hair. I've heard some people using actual shampoo and conditioner on them to help instead of using the johnsons baby wash
You can't really help them grow more hair. Otherwise, bald men would be growing more hair as well. I was bald until I was 2 years old. There's nothing you can do about it.
My Grandma always use to tell my Mom, that the more she brushed my hair when I was a baby, the faster and thicker my hair would come in. I tried this on my son since he is quite light up top, and I've been brushing his hair each night after his bath for about 2 months now and to be honest, I can see a difference in his hair. Now whether it is an old wives tale or not, or just his system gearing up to grow hair...I don't know. But his hair is coming in nicely now, and he really enjoys me brushing his hair. Plus I figured if I start now, he won't throw an absolute fuss later when I brush his hair! Works for us!!

DS was bald for over a year, and when he finally started getting hair, it was so light that it still looked bald. He had to wear sunscreen on his head for his first two summers. Why in the world is this a big deal to you though? I never once thought to myself, "How can I make DS grow more hair?"
Re: no hair and 11 months
And I definitely side eye when parents place too much importance on vanity with their infant.
