I have the Keekaroo Karoo and my 19lb 9 month old doesnt fit in it at all, the straps at their tightest are still way too big. Is this normal or am I just not getting it? Anyway, im looking for a new stroller with the following:Large sunshade/cool in heat of TexasFood tray she can actually reach at this ageOne handle barEasy to maneuver, I walk not jog.One that the straps can actually fit her tight in it. I was thinking about maybe the Bumbleride Flyer or Peg Perego Uno, thoughts or other suggestions?

Have you gone on their website? In the "gallery" tab on this page, there are tips about the straps....I'm not sure if you've done the straps all the way in the back to, and not just the front part....
I have a Graco Quattro Tour Reverse, but I don't really recommend it, and it sounds like you can afford a more expensive stroller.
I have the uppababy vista. It fits all your qualifications except I have the same strap issue with my 16lb 6 month old but there is a bar that good across the front that keeps him steady and be is very content to sit or lay down and stretch out so it doesn't worry me.
We live in TX also so the only stroller I found with a giant sun shade was this one. My LO fits in it but he is a little bigger than your LO. I'm also not sure about the tray since we never use it. It is a 3 wheel stroller but not a jogging stroller. It is easily maneuverable and my LO seems pretty comfortable in it. I wasn't thrilled with the color but its the only one and is better in person.
