How long to use Nystatin?

LO's ped prescribed nystatin for a yeast rash.  I didn't think to ask how long to use it and he didn't say.  His bottom looks clear now, but I've heard yeast has a tendency to look like it's gone and then flare up again, so I'm wondering if I should continue the cream for a few days.  I have a call in to the ped, but while I'm waiting for a call back, I was just curious to see if anyone had any experience with this.

    Yes I used it. She said to use every diaper when really bad, every other diaper when healing, and to stop using when rash was gone.

    My doctor said to use it until the rash cleared up or 710 days. I used it for about 2 days after DD's bum looked clear, and it's been good since!
